🕑 Check-in: 2:00 PM
🕚 Check-out: 11:00 AM
🚭 No smoking inside the unit.
🚰 Please do not throw rice, food scraps, or any solid waste into the sink. Use the sink strainer and dispose of food waste in the trash bin to prevent clogging.
💧 Turn off all water faucets when not in use, including the bathroom and kitchen sink.
❄️ Turn off the air conditioner whenever leaving the unit or whenever the balcony door is open.
🛏️ Permanent stains on bedsheets, pillowcases, towels, blankets, or linens may be charged against the security deposit.
🔨 Any damages to the room, furniture, appliances, decorations, or amenities will be deducted from the security deposit.
💰 If the repair or replacement cost exceeds the security deposit, the guest will be responsible for paying the remaining balance.
📹 If you notice any existing damage upon check-in, please take clear photos or videos and notify us immediately. Damage reported later may be considered the responsibility of the current guest.
👥 Visitor Policy
• ₱100 per visitor (until 10:00 PM only)
• ₱200 per visitor staying past 10:00 PM
• Visitors staying beyond 10:00 PM will be considered additional guests.
